Rotary Melting Furnace

The new rotary kiln is developed based on the traditional horizontal rotary kiln, referencing foreign technology. It features a more refined arrangement of the furnace body, burners, and piping. Compared to traditional rotary kilns, the Jianni new rotary kiln offers advantages such as higher recovery rates, lower operating intensity, higher output, greater durability, and greater environmental friendliness.

Advantage:

• The polygonal furnace structure results in a 10-15% higher recovery rate compared to traditional rotary kilns and significantly reduces operational intensity
• It adopts an advanced tail gear direct drive structure, which is robust and durable, and eliminates the need to replace easily worn parts
• Large loading capacity; can be tilted 16 degrees in working condition; an 8- ton furnace can actually hold 9 tons
• The combustion system is located at the furnace door, which improves combustion efficiency and reduces flue gas pollution
• Can be integrated with automatic feeders, cooling screening bins, and cold ash conveyors to form an automated production line
