Sobha Facades, under Sobha Modular, is also a division of Sobha Realty. The division is responsible for the design, engineering, and fabrication of facade systems, working in collaboration with internationally renowned system houses for products such as unitized curtain walls, window walls, composite panels, sliding doors, hinged doors, and casements.

Sobha Facades began its operations in 2018 and is the only facade company globally, and the first private company in the GCC, to be accredited with the prestigious ISO 18404:2015 certification standard on Lean Six Sigma. Additionally, it was awarded the ‘Digital Transformation of the Year' for the MENA region at the Construction Technology Festival 2022.

Sobha Facades supports Sobha Constructions on all its distinguished projects and is deeply involved in the design & engineering of new products. The division is strategically positioned for expansion and further backward integration, aligning with the group’s overall objectives.
