Aluminium Billet Annealing Furnace

Aluminium Billet Annealing Furnaces are furnaces that heat aluminum billets to 400-450°C before extrusion. The heating process is controlled in a dual chamber, ensuring efficient combustion and drawing a certain amount of the burnt gases into the furnace preheating section, increasing efficiency. Their furnaces are directly heated with NG jet nozzles controlled by a PLC. The recuperative system reduces energy consumption per unit billet below market standards. Temperature measurement is pneumatically driven and is achieved by direct contact with the billet. After the process, a temperature distribution of better than ±10°C is achieved across the material surface. Custom designs are available based on the desired capacity and layout.
