Aluminium Melting Furnace

Depending on your needs, tilting/stationary, cold-air/regenerative melting and holding furnaces can be designed and manufactured with liquid metal capacities ranging from 15 to 120 tons. Melting rates can reach 20 tonnes/hour, depending on burner capacity. They have multi-chamber melting furnaces available to melt painted scrap aluminum and foil intermediate products with minimal loss when needed. They manufacture user-friendly loading carts that allow for rapid charging of ingots, T-ingots, intermediate work, and scrap raw materials.

They utilize their own, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient regenerative burners, designed and manufactured by our company, capable of operating at low NOx, minimum O² and maximum performance levels. Their regenerative burners can operate at 0.5-5mW power and melting rates of up to 8 tonnes/hour per set.

They increase efficiency and product quality with our own electromagnetic mixers. They use their own argon degasser and liquid metal filter to remove gas and slag from the liquid metal.
