Slotted Hole Foil Cutting Blades

The slotted hole blade from SOTA is made of natural-colored tungsten carbide and is supplied uncoated. It has been developed for precision cutting of foil and separators in lithium battery industrial applications. With length of 57.00mm, Width of 19.00 mm and 0.38mm thickness and the cutting edge quality of the blades is subject to exceptionally strict controls. Blades are inspected under magnification, with chip depths limited to less than 0.01 mm. This ensures high-quality blades that deliver consistently precise cutting performance and contribute to the safe processing of lithium batteries.
