Description
The length of aluminum rods typically ranges from 2000 to 2200mm, with a rectangular or square cross-section. The dimensions of the rods are determined by the magnitude of the current they carry. Generally, the current density is around 235 to 240A/cm². The upper part of the aluminum rods makes electrical contact with the horizontal main busbars, requiring machining to ensure a flat and smooth surface with minimal oxidation, thus reducing contact resistance.
