Description
- Cleaning agent N330 is a water-soluble neutral cleaning agent for steel, cast iron and aluminum parts, which does not contain salt.
- Cleaning agent N330 has good cleaning effect, good stability, good anti-emulsification performance to oil and lubricant, and a short-term anti-rust effect.
- Whether it is used for immersion washing at a solution temperature of 95°C or spray washing at a temperature of 40°C, the cleaning agent N330 will hardly produce foam.
- The concentration of cleaning agent N330 used for dipping is generally 2-10%, while the concentration used for spray washing is 1-6%. The time required for the cleaning process is mainly determined by factors such as the degree of contamination of the workpiece, the pressure of the spray and the temperature of the cleaning solution.
- Concentration: 10ml of sample is titrated with 0.1N hydrochloric acid until the pH is equal to 4
- Concentration (%) = the number of milliliters of hydrochloric acid consumed × 0.21 Storage method: The cleaning agent should not be stored in an environment that is too cold or too hot. Store at room temperature until use.
