Forging Lubricant

Types:

SUPRAFORGE is a specially formulated induction coil sealant to protect and seal the coils used in the induction furnaces during the forging process. 

It can sustain upto temperatures of 1250 degrees celsius and can be used directly on the coil. 

It extends coil life, prevents corrosion & build-up of impurities on the surface of the coil.

 

FORGECOAT D is a specially formulated dry lubricant for cold forging. 

FORGECOAT D is deposited on the die using dry spray gun or blower system to properly cover the die.

It prevents sticking, provides excellent release, and extends die life.

 

FORGECOAT – 100S is a graphite free, water based forging lubricant for warm & hot forging
of ferrous metals
FORGECOAT – 100S easily wets hot dies, coats uniformly, provides excellent release, and extends die life. To achieve optimum film formation, the diluted dispersion should be spray applied to surfaces heated to at least 125°C and on dies with temperatures as high as 700 C

Dilution : 1 :8 to 1:12 depending on usage

 

FORGECOAT – 100G is a unique, smokeless, ammonia-free, water + graphite-based forging lubricant providing excellent performance in a wide range of forged products.
FORGECOAT – 100 easily wets hot dies, coats uniformly, provides excellent release, and extends die life. To achieve optimum film formation, the diluted dispersion should be spray applied to surfaces heated to at least 93°C and on dies with temperatures as high as 1000 C.

Dilution : 1 :8 to 1:12 depending on usage
