ZHONTIAN STEEL is in Shandong Province. It is one of the stainless steel bases in China. Its factory covers an area of 20,000 square metres; registered capital is RMB 50 million Yuan and fixed assets are RMB 100 million Yuan. At present, we have six finishing rolling production lines and two hot rolling production lines: one is a 60 and 90 piercing machine, which mainly produces stainless steel pipe with an outer diameter of 22 mm–750 mm; the other is a 325mm ASSRL pipe rolling machine, which adopts mandrel pre-wearing and limiting small cycle, three-level computer-controlled automation system. The stainless steel sheet hot rolling product line was established on December 28, 2004, and finished on July 26, 2006. In the first hot test on July 8, 2006, a qualified hot coil was rolled out successfully, which has few existing precedents in the world of hot rolling mills. This proves ZT's excellent management ability and profound technical background again.
