Zeme is a pioneering company in Cyprus, specializing in the recovery, recycling, processing and trading of aluminium-based products. Located in the Ypsonas Industrial Area in Limassol, they operate the first state-of-the-art production facility of its kind in Cyprus. Their energy-efficient system requires less than 5% of the energy used in primary aluminium production, enabling the creation of specialized aluminium alloys with a significantly reduced environmental impact.

Focused on high-value, low-volume production, they manufactures custom orders on-demand, producing 300-400 tonnes per month. Their business model is centered around the collection and processing of all forms of scrap aluminium, including materials that traditional smelters cannot handle, such as used beverage cans and foil. Through advanced X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology, the scrap is carefully segregated into individual alloys. The company then produces a range of in-demand products, including ingots, deox spheres and sacrificial anodes, with an emphasis on eco-friendly practices and cost-effective solutions that benefit the end user.
