Since its establishment in 1980, SKY GROUP has manufactured turned components in Brass, Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Bronze and Brass alloys with utmost precision. SKY GROUP has a multitude of machines which cater to a diverse range of industries including automotive, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic, Plastic, communication, Defense and aerospace, medical industries, optical solution and infrastructure, Gas and oil industries, petro chemical and Renewable energy.
SKY GROUP's manufacturing infrastructure includes German & British Multi spindle machines, Swiss sliding headstock machines, German single-spindle machines as well as CNC, VMC and TMC machines. SKY GROUP manufactures components from 1mm to 400mm in size, with the capability of maintaining precision up to 3 microns. SKY GROUP's excellent set-up of systems maintains rigid quality control at each stage of production. Moreover, with the setup of the Brass Extrusion unit in 2007, SKY GROUP gained absolute control over the quality of raw materials used. Along with standard grades of Brass, non-standard grades of Copper & Bronze are also processed to create components exactly as per as the customer's specification.
