Our Powder Coating Process complies with international standards as: BS-6496 and testing conducted with BS-3900 par A1 & A3. Minimum coat thickness applied is 60-80 microns. Metal Finishes has been our priority ranging from Polyester Powder Coatings to Super Durable Powder Coatings.
The process consists of the following stages:
1. Chemical pre-treatment process consisting Steps:
“The facility is composed of SIZE: 8000 mm Length X 2700 mm width x 3700 mm depth.”
2. Powder application: After drying off the work pieces are directly powder coated through an Manually Operated powder spray booth supported with NORDSON Gun.
3. After powder coating the substrates, go through curing oven at the temperature of 200 degrees CO for 10-15 min, according to the powder specifications.
4. The final process is to ensure the quality of the .roducts through visual inspection and then packaging with polyethylene film to protect the coating film.
