Our founder Mr. B.K. Bhuraria, launched aluminium distribution in 1966 under the name of M/s Bhuraria Brothers and was appointed the authorised distributors for Hindalco Industries Ltd. In 1978, a new company was formed by the name of Maheshwari Co.; which went on to become one of the largest distributors of Aluminium Semi-fabricated Products in India.

Mr. Bhuraria is one of the pioneers in the aluminium distribution business and has a vast experience and knowledge of aluminium and its alloy along with its end uses. Mr. Bhuraria is also the president of Aluminium Association Of Delhi for the last 10 years.In 1993, Mr. Amit Bhuraria joined the aluminium business and has been looking into the procurement and marketing of metals.
