It was founded in 2008 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanji Holding Group. Wanji Holding Group was founded in 1987. After more than 20 years of continuous development, it has now developed into a large-scale enterprise group integrating the five pillar industries of coal, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, and building materials and ranks among the top 500 in China.
In order to further improve the group's coal, electricity, and aluminium deep processing industry chain and to improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of the company, the company invested 11.2 billion yuan in July 2008 to start building a high-precision aluminum sheet and foil production line, covering an area of 800,000 square meters. It is designed to produce 900,000 tons of aluminium strips and 50,000 tons of aluminum foil annually. The project is constructed in two phases, one of which has been completed and put into operation, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of aluminium sheet and strip and 30,000 tons of aluminium foil.

The company's equipment is imported from Germany, Italy, and other countries. The first phase is equipped with 3 cold rolling mills, 3 aluminum foil rolling mills, 2 stretch straightening washing machine rows, 1 cross-cutting machine, 1 slitting machine, and 1 high-speed trimming machine.
