We are pleased to introduce ourselves as “Hasten Extrusions Pvt. Ltd.", one of the quality manufacturers of aluminium extruded sections. Our plant is situated at Khandiwada Village on the Vadodara-Halol express way, just about 35 km away from Baroda / Vadodara City in Gujarat. We have been in business since 2018 and have captured a maximum customer base all over India.
We have two extrusion extrusion press of 1100 UST and 750 UST capacity, fully automatic and equipped with all modern facilities like an auto puller, an auto stretcher & handling equipment, and a cutting facility. We have a gas-fired ageing furnace that produces carbon-free products. We also have a 3.5-MT casting furnace with fully automatic HOT TOP casting technology.
Hasten specialises in supplying aluminium sections for architectural and hardware dealers; manufacturers of forging, automotive and its ancillaries, actuators, HVAC systems, bus bars, elevators, heat sinks, industrial equipment’s, modular office furniture, railways, solar frames, transmission line equipment, textile machines, orthopaedics, and other industries using aluminium.
The company has ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certifications.
At Hasten, we manufacture a wide range of alloys ranging from 1xxx to 6xxx series, supplying material that confirms standards like ASTM, EN, IS, or custom specifications required by customers.
Hasten has an installed capacity of 6000 MT per annum, with a die library possessing more than 3000 profiles, from simple to complex designs.
