The group was founded in the 1960’s by Morhum Allama Habibullah Khan - Youngest son of Allama Wazed Ali Khan, founder of Wazedia Alia Madrasha, Chittagong, Bangladesh. Morhum Allama Habibullah Khan is father of Present Directors. Since the early days, the Group has evolved from being primarily a construction company and printing press (oldest printing press in Chittagong) to a leading, diversified group with a presence in heavy construction & engineering, import and service sectors of Chittagong, Bangladesh. We Published first daily English news paper in Chittagong city at 1960’s in the name of “Peoples View” from Tempest press, owned by Allama Habibullah Khan which company finally converted to Al-amin printing press. Now, Habib Assets Limited is playing major rules of the group. The Group’s corporate mission is “We are acceptable, reliable, and adorable to all stakeholder”.
As KISHOLY has grown over the years, the flagship platform now has operations and investments across a wide range of industries including construction, engineering, trading, import, real estate development, hospitality, printing, agro farming and service sector. The Group sells its products and services in the domestic market of Bangladesh. Now, group next step to power and energy sector as well as Textile sector like Technical textile. Habib Assets Limited is one of the emerging company in Chittagong city. Next foot step will be to whole Bangladesh as well as over the world.
We want to make us a reliable and recognizable brand names to the all over the Bangladesh. It is synonymous with imagination, originality, reliance and excellence. The Group consists of three privately held companies and seven proprietorship companies. At present the group operate the business under umbrella of “Habib Assets Limited“.This is also mention able here that “Khan Habib Heights” building (address: 28, Katalgonj, Panchlaish, Chittagong, Bangladesh) is own building which is corporate address of the entities. This building is rented to Delta Health Care Chittagong Limited without the west part of 10th floor which is corporate office of the group.
