Genç Kayalar Metal

Genç Kayalar Metal is a pioneering name in Turkey's aluminium recycling industry. In 1974, they established the country’s first crucible-system aluminium scrap melting furnace and began recycling aluminium slag, foil, turnings/shavings and more. For nearly half a century, we have supported the national economy with a win-win approach—purchasing all grades of aluminium scrap from suppliers, recycling them responsibly and delivering high-quality products, including alloyed and pure aluminium ingots, T-ingots, billets, platinum and deoxidizers.

They operate with a monthly recycling capacity of 1,200 tons. They hold the Ministry of Environment’s authorized hazardous and non-hazardous waste recycling permits and licences, and they use licensed transportation vehicles across Türkiye to safely collect and move all types of aluminium scrap.

Their fully integrated facility includes a TRF-5 Tilting Rotary Furnace, a REVERBER-5 Tilting Proofing Furnace, conveyor casting horses, deoxidant casting lines, and an in-house laboratory that analyzes samples from every casting batch. State-of-the-art, environment-friendly filtration systems ensure clean operations. They manufacture 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx and 8xxx series aluminium T-ingots and alloyed ingots to international standards.
