The company produces aluminium circles in varied dimensions and thicknesses to meet the requirements of cookware, pressure cookers, non-stick cookware, coated cookware, kadhai, tawa, cans and other domestic appliance applications.
They manufacture aluminium circles at their modern plant through a detailed process that includes DC casting, ingot homogenizing, ingot scalping, hot rolling, cold rolling, circle punching and heat treatment to achieve the required tempers. They use advanced online trough degassing and online filtration technologies to reduce hydrogen content, oxides, and other inclusions, supporting consistent product quality. They follow IS 21:1992 standards to meet international quality norms. The company has a fully equipped quality control and R&D department for testing the chemical and mechanical properties of the final product. A test certificate is provided for every batch at the time of dispatch.
They use primary aluminium ingots and sows from Nalco for manufacturing aluminum circles in grades including IS 19700 (AA1070), IS 19500 (AA1050), IS 19000 (AA1100), IS 40800 (AA8011) and IS 3100 (AA3003), available in O, H12, H14, H16 and H18 tempers. Depending on end-use requirements, the circles are suitable for deep drawing and spinning applications. Cookware and pressure cooker products made from these circles can undergo surface treatments such as brazing, impact bonding, anodizing, hard anodizing, and non-stick coating. They have exported aluminium circles to Zambia, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Rwanda, and Ghana over the past five years, earning the trust of customers across industrial and cookware manufacturing sectors.
