Bhoruka Fabcons Pvt Ltd (BFPL) is a leading Aluminium Downstream focused company located in Mysore, India. The company was established in 2007 to cater to the growing aluminium demand in various industrial fields. The management had the vision of focusing on ‘downstream’ applications and manufacturing, while most of the aluminium companies were focused only on upstream activities.
Over the years, BFPL has grown in size and services. Today, our team comprises of over 65 full time members catering to ~75 customers across the globe. With the applications of aluminium growing, BFPL has built its infrastructure and team to offer the below services:-
Design - We support in product design, engineering that fit the end application and optimize manufacturing.
Prototype Manufacturing - We offer prototype services which includes tool manufacturing and latest technology to expedite product launch including 3D printing.
Special Purpose Machine (SPM) - We design and build various SPM, Fixtures and quality gauges for scalability and productivity.
Contract Manufacturing - Major sales contribution is from contract manufacturing
Our customer base ranging from small scale industries, to MNCs namely Asahi Glass, NOVARES, AISIN, Bombardier, Alstom, Dellner Couplers, Stanley Black and Decker, UTC Aerospace Systems, BOSCH, GE Healthcare, TATA Motors to name a few. We also export to GCC region, Finland, Canada, Australia and exploring further opportunities.As of 2020, BFPL has become one of the leading suppliers of Railway Interiors components to companies like Alstom, Bombardier, and other Metrorail coach manufacturers. We are also one of the leading B2B manufacturers of Automotive parts (roof rails, foot rails) catering to over one lakhs vehicles every year.BFPL is certified with ISO 9001: 2015 and EN 15085 welding certification. We have 3 manufacturing units, and an in-house powder coating plant located in Mysore (Karnataka).
