IndiaALEX (Aluminium Extruders Association) - Premier Platform for Industry Leaders, Professionals and Innovators in Aluminium Extrusion
Founded in 2004, ALEX (Aluminium Extruders Association) was established by a group of dedicated individuals from various sectors, including industries, defense establishments, and research organizations.
The Aluminium Extruders' Council (Alex) is pleased to announce the conference on "Aluminium in Shipbuilding" on 14th-15th November'24. Traditionally, a major share of aluminium extrusions is consumed by the building construction sector.
In the last few years, there have been a lot of innovations in manufacturing technologies to suit emerging new applications for aluminium extrusions: automotive, defence, shipbuilding, metro rails, freight wagons, renewable power, and EVs are some of them. This conference, therefore, will be focusing on new applications and challenges for aluminium extrusion and related industries.
Activities of Alex
Creating a Common Platform:
ALEX aims to foster collaboration among aluminium extruders and allied industries, including extrusion plant and machinery manufacturers, die designers and manufacturers, steel manufacturers, as well as anodizing and powder coating industries, for mutual benefit.
