Stationary Gravity Die Casting Machines

Horizontal Stationary Gravity Die Casting Machine is designed with one fixed platen and one moving platen, ensuring stable and precise casting operations. The machine is equipped with hydraulic-type ejectors on the fixed side and mechanical-type ejectors on the moving side, enabling efficient and reliable removal of cast components.

The stationary GDC machine can be custom designed and manufactured according to specific production requirements. Additional slides can be incorporated to support side cores or top and bottom cores, allowing greater flexibility for complex casting geometries and improved productivity.
