Aluminium Alloy Ingot

The use of the furnace depends on the raw material. As an example, upon using aluminium engine blocks, the method used in our factory is the de-ironing melting furnace to remove iron, dross, and ash.
In the second stage, the liquid material moves to the holding furnace via a canal with filters. A chemical treatment can be used in this stage after mixing the liquid with a metal mixer and pumping nitrogen according to the alloy requirements. A sample is taken and analysed by the spectrometer. Then, the liquid moves to the casting machine.
