Building Facades

In building construction, it is called the exterior of a building . In general, the facade  of a building consists of two main elements, which include pillars and components. The pillars of the facade, vertical and horizontal rhythms,and the sky surface are considered a building. 140 degrees of vertical and 160 degrees of horizontal human vision,and also the design of doors and windows is considered as a part of a house facade. In designing the facade of an architect's house, the facade is considered the most important part because the facade defines the framework for the rest of the building's components. Many facades have historical value, and in various countries there are strict laws on the issue of facade modification, some of which prohibit any transformation of historical facades.

The use of the facade of the building as a protection, although the facade plays many roles in the appearance of the building today, it has not lost its original use yet. A standard facade should be able to insulate against natural disasters and heat and cold. Of course, this case depends to a large extent on the geography of the place where the building is built, and also the type of building materials should be appropriate to the geography of the region.
