They are the market leader in the extrusion of 1000, 3000 and 6000 series aluminium tubes for use in the white goods, automotive and aerospace industries. The most suitable alloys for the intended use and the most corrosion-resistant special alloys are developed and tested at their laboratories. All raw materials used are certified primary materials and sourced from the world's largest aluminium production facilities. Custom aluminium tubes are shipped in coils, cut to length and shaped according to customer specifications. Their aluminium pipe, with their quality and compliance with standards, are preferred by both domestic and international customers. Production is carried out in accordance with relevant DIN-EN standards for all physical and chemical properties and a wide range of products are available, with outer diameters ranging from 4 to 70 mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm. Automotive pipes are manufactured and cut to length; in the next operation, they are bent to their final shape using 3-D automatic pipe bending machines. Automotive pipes are typically coated with nanotechnology materials in chemical surface preparation baths, followed by robotic welding and external coating. In accordance with TS 16949 automotive standards, all testing, measurement and reporting processes are completed on the final products and they are shipped to the customer.
