Textile

Traditionally all textile machinery were made of steel but slowly to increase the life of machine and to reduce its weight, aluminium has taken its place in textile machines. Now most of the textile machinery parts are being made out of aluminium including the base plates. For better movement of raw materials like cotton, silk etc the properties of aluminium like light weight, corrosion resistance play a major role for achieving better productivity.
