Aluminium Mold

Their ingot mold is the result of careful research by Mr. Chiu Xiu-chung, a graduate of the Mechanical Department of Success University of Taiwan and a professor of engineering at Chiba University in Japan for many years and the chairman of the founding plant of Datong Co., Ltd., Taiwan. It is a mixture of alloy materials on the basis of cast iron or cast steel. After the gestation treatment, coupled with the production of a special casting process protected by inert gas, it is generally believed that their ingot mold has the following characteristics after the use of several units for the production of electrolytic aluminium, recycled aluminium alloy ingots, zinc alloy ingots and copper alloy intakes:

1. The surface roughness of the inner cavity casting is above √6.3, it is easy to demold and the ingot surface is bright.

2. High-temperature mechanical strength, heat fatigue resistance and not easy to break.

3. Corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, long service life.

IV. The ingot mold has a special structure and the heat dissipation speed is fast, which is conducive to crystallization.
