Aluminium Color Coated Coil

Aluminium color coated coil, also known as "roller-coated aluminium coil," is pre-painted before undergoing the shearing, bending and rolling processes. This differs from spray coating (which is applied after forming). In the current construction market, high-speed, continuous, automated roller coating lines designed specifically for architectural color-coated aluminium offer a more uniform and stable coating. They can achieve two coats on both the front and back in a single pass, increasing efficiency and preventing over-baking of the paint coating on the aluminium coil surface during multiple processes.
