Uses:

Y81 series metal baling hydraulic press is mainly used in steel mills, recycling and processing industries and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries. Various metal scraps, steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, etc. can be extruded into qualified charge of various shapes such as rectangle, cylinder, octagon, etc., so as to reduce transportation and smelting costs.

Features:

• Ⅰ Various models are hydraulically driven, and manual or PC automatic control operation can be selected.
• Ⅱ No bottom corner screws are required for installation, and a diesel engine can be used as power in places without power supply.
• Ⅲ There are three types of package delivery: flip package, push package, and front package delivery.
• Ⅳ There are eight levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons, and the production rate is 0.5 tons/hour to 50 tons/hour.
