IDEAL MODEL offers next-generation, unheated casting systems designed for mold casting on automated molding lines, which can be integrated to match the molding line's speed. Designed to suit the line type and speed, these crucibles feature a carriage that can be easily and precisely positioned on the sprue. In addition to semi-automatic and fully automatic options, features such as automatic inoculation, temperature measurement, and preheating can also be added. It can be used on flaskless vertical and horizontal molding lines, as well as flask-based horizontal molding lines. It's not a complex system and requires no consumables. For casting production, 10,000 different recipes can be created under the name of the cast part, including descriptions such as weight, material, pouring temperature, pouring time, and casting quantity.
