Description
3003 aluminium coil belongs to the Al-Mn series alloy. It is a non-heat-treatable 3xxx series aluminium alloy, mainly alloyed with manganese (1.0–1.5%) and contains trace amounts of copper. 3003 aluminium coil is widely recognized for its excellent corrosion resistance, good workability, and moderate strength. It is commonly strengthened by cold working rather than heat treatment. As a wrought alloy, it is typically rolled or extruded rather than forged or cast, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and construction applications.
