Description
Carbon anode butt is the residual portion of a prebaked carbon anode block used in aluminium electrolytic cells. It offers high fixed carbon, strong calorific value and low moisture content. The heat value of one tonne of carbon anode butt is approximately equivalent to 1.5 tonnes of metallurgical coke.

Applications:
