Our Bogie hearth furnaces / car bottom Furnaces are ideal for heat-treating large items like machine parts, ceramic articles and heavy castings, which cannot be treated in other furnaces. These systems consist of a rigid structure and with a movable double door & double bogie/car. Our range of hearth furnaces is user-friendly and highly energy-efficient. These fully-automated systems feature PLC and SCADDA controlling and Level 2 automation, which means the minimal manual operation is required. All our furnaces are manufactured according to ASM International Standards using the highest-grade materials. The thermal calibration for our furnaces is done in line with API and aviation standards.
