Functional Description:

For models of 4000T and above, the upper and lower sets of tracks are independent of each other to avoid the impact of vibration on each other when the two bodies are moving. Safety guardrails are designed on the outside of the tracks to improve the safety of the equipment.
Automatic control can realize fully automatic production, and provide a variety of operation and sawing modes such as manual, automatic stop sawing, follow-up sawing, one stick one sawing, N sticks one sawing, set length sawing, etc. to meet the different needs of customers.
The real-time working load of the traction motor can be viewed through the torque curve screen, and the motor operating status and whether the pulling torque is stable can be viewed in real time.
The control system has a data memory function. The ideal process parameters for each specification of profile can be recorded by the system's memory function. The next time the same profile is produced, the system parameters can be directly retrieved and automatically executed.
Special design effectively reduces vibration and noise during operation.
