• The fixed inclined furnace door has a simple structure and a small furnace opening design range (1.5m-3.5m) , which can meet the different needs of customers
• The gas consumption of a fixed inclined furnace door is 55 cubic meters per ton of aluminum ( calculated based on natural gas ) 
• The use of a regenerative combustion system results in low exhaust gas temperatures of approximately 250 degrees Celsius, thereby reducing waste heat carried away from the furnace and reducing energy consumption
• Temperature control method : Thermocouple non-continuous temperature measurement, automatic adjustment of heating power
• This type of furnace does not have the same sealing performance as a straight furnace door; it relies on the weight of the furnace door itself for sealing and compression
