This product was developed to meet market demands for both quality and cost. It is free of phosphorus, fluorine and heavy metals. It is easy to clean, leaving no punctures, flow marks or burn marks. There is no limit to downtime and wastewater treatment costs are extremely low. The reagent is simple and stable to maintain.
It is mainly suitable for low-gloss products such as sandblasting, shot blasting, wire drawing and matte finishes (such as flashlights, gun sights, computer panels, aerospace structural parts and miscellaneous parts). After oxidation, the gloss of the original color is below 30° and the gloss of the colored color is 12°-15°.
Suitable for aluminium alloys such as the 5000 series (e.g., 5052 aluminium plate for laptop shells), the 6000 series (e.g., 6063, 6463, 6061), hard aluminium and super hard aluminium (e.g., 2A12, 7075).
