2. The linear vertical oxidation production line and the beam return method in the air are uniquely created by our company;
3. The curing furnace is aerial type, divided into four separate furnaces, each furnace has a separate combustion system, which can save heat and save energy;
4. Mechanical or hydraulic half-turning structure, stable, fast, and low mechanical power;
5. The automatic control system is independently completed by our company;
6. Supporting steel structure: the column is a box beam, and the horizontal support is a national standard H steel, so that the support has good rigidity, low vibration and low noise.
7. The positioning of the automatic transporter is accurate, and the error is only 2mm;
8. The automatic clamping device for loading and unloading reduces the workload of workers. Two people can load the material, and no labor is required for unloading.
