The 600 kg elliptical energy-saving electric crucible melting and insulation furnace is specialized equipment for aluminium alloy melting and insulation, responsible for the melting and insulation tasks of aluminium alloys. It has strong mobility and is suitable for single-machine special-grade aluminium die-casting requirements. This furnace adopts high-purity modular folding cotton, with a melting capacity between 120 kg/h and 170 kg/h. It has the advantages of fast start-up speed, simple maintenance, low aluminium melting loss, low energy consumption, and long service life.
An automatic preheating feeding machine is used for preheating aluminium alloy ingots and automatically conveying preheated aluminium alloy ingot to the furnace. The preheating machine adopts a hydraulic cylinder to drive the screw rod to lift upwards. After detecting the position sensing of the metal liquid, the aluminium alloy ingot is sent to the preheating area for preheating by the ingot pushing cylinder. The preheated aluminium alloy ingot is sent to the ingot feeding mechanism by the pushing cylinder and is slowly and gently fed into the crucible vertically by the gripper, ensuring that there is no impact on the graphite crucible. This preheating has high preheating efficiency, a long service life of heating elements, small footprint and can accommodate at least 80 aluminum alloy ingots at once, according to the model size.
