Heat Treatment Services

It is applied to metals that have been cast, hot or cold forged, drawn, welded, machining, grinding and EDM (wire and plunge erosion). 

​This process is performed to reduce internal stresses in the material and dimensional changes that may occur during heat treatment and operating conditions. Depending on the metal type, it is performed between 150°C and 650°C. A protective atmosphere may be required depending on the situation.

​If stress relieving is performed on a material that has undergone hardening heat treatment, the process temperature and time must be selected so as not to reduce the hardness of the material.
