Extrusion Die Mold

ATS Coated Extrusion Dies provide superior durability because the bearing channel is protected from wear. With our own coating technology developed by our engineers, we have achieved high level form and dimensional stability for the profiles.

The dies are nearly maintenance free due to the fact that nitriding, die correction and repolishing is not required. In addition, it is possible to work at higher extrusion press speeds because of minimal friction and reduced exit temperatures.
