Aluminium Extrusion Profile

They have integrated aluminium profile production facilities at their Akyazı campus, covering a total area of ​​270,000 m², including 130,000 m² of indoor space, capable of producing aluminium profile from ingot to finished product. They undertake product-specific technological investments to provide their customers with the best quality and lowest cost, in line with project requirements.

Mold Production:

The molds used in profile production are manufactured with great care and precision tolerances on high-tech cnc machine tools within the facility, in accordance with customer designs and needs.

Extrusion:

They boast a 5,500-ton press capable of producing profile up to 600 mm wide and/or weighing up to 70 kg/m², making it one of the largest press lines in Türkiye and one of the few in Europe. Equipped with seven state-of-the-art press lines of varying capacities and specifications, including 1,250, 1,350, 1,600, 2,200, 2,700, 3,500, and 5,500 tons, they offer customers a wide range of products thanks to their annual profile production capacity of 75,000 tons.
