Ferro Silicon Aluminium

Ferro Silicon Aluminium alloy is a multi-element metal eutectic melt, with a solid cross-section at room temperature appearing silver-gray with metallic luster. Its composition requirements are: Si 5-40%, Al 15-55%, Fe balance.

Ferro Silicon Aluminium alloy (FeSiAl) is an efficient deoxidizer used in steel production, capable of improving the morphology of inclusions and reducing the content of gas elements in molten steel. This leads to enhanced steel quality, cost reduction, and aluminum savings. Depending on the raw material processing method, the production of Ferro Silicon Aluminium alloy is divided into two methods: direct furnace loading with mixed raw materials and pre-treatment before furnace loading.
