Induction Oven

Induction oven solutions are designed for billet and log heating in aluminium extrusion plants where rapid, controlled and flexible heating is required before extrusion. The system supports stand-alone induction heating as well as combined gas and induction heating concepts, enabling plants to balance energy cost, heating speed and process flexibility. The oven range can provide high power density, heating gradients up to 12 K/sec and controlled axial temperature gradients for billet processing.

The product is suitable for extrusion operations that need fast heat tapering, stable thermal preparation and improved repeatability before pressing, with equipment selection adaptable to plant layout and production requirements. Heating options: stand-alone induction heating and combined gas-induction heating.
