Fastrip AP Chemical Paint Stripping for Aluminium Profile

FASTRIP AP is a compact offline system specially developed for the chemical paint stripping of aluminium profiles. It provides a complete solution for removing paint and coatings from aluminium extrusion profiles through a controlled chemical stripping process. The system is designed to handle aluminium profiles up to 250 kg in weight and 8 meters in length. FASTRIP AP consists of a dedicated stripping tank followed by a rinsing tank to complete the aluminium profile stripping process. The approximate stripping cycle time is around 3 hours, depending on the type of paint and coating thickness. The system can be integrated into existing aluminium processing lines or installed as a stand-alone unit.
