Description
- This equipment is used for the homogenizing processes of aluminium billets / bars for the purpose of eliminating the Internal stresses imposed on the aluminium bar, minimizing the deflection, Improving the plasticity and reducing the extruding resistance.
- The furnace can provide the automated movement of hearth with the temperature uniformity of (550-620) degree +5 °C for the heat treatment.
- Hot air circulation is carried out from two sets of strong wind centrifugal blowers, these blowers are fixed in the furnace to provide uniform heating to the billets / bars.
