Aluminium Composite Panel

In aluminum composite panel cladding exterior application, first of all, the prepared steel carrier construction is mounted on the exterior of the building. Then, heat and sound insulation of the curtain wall is provided by placing rock wool and vapor stabilizer between the load-bearing facade construction and the composite facade panel. Aluminum composite facade panels prepared in the workshop according to the manufacturing project are screwed with L anchors and mounted on the carrier cladding exterior construction. Then, the joints of the composite facade panels are filled with polyurethane sausage and facade silicone in the selected color. Finally, the installation of the composite curtain wall is completed by removing the protective foil on the aluminum composite facade panels.
