Mold heating furnaces are used to preheat extrusion molds before the extrusion process. Mold heating furnaces are indirectly heated by gas, combustion occurs within a radiant tube, and circulation fans ensure a homogeneous distribution of hot air throughout the furnace. The furnace structure can be designed as a drawer or top-opening type, depending on customer specifications and needs. Designed to meet customer mold dimensions, these furnaces utilize stepwise heating, extending mold life. The temperature in the first chamber is 150°C–200°C, and heating is provided solely by flue gas exhausted from the other chambers. The temperature in the remaining chambers is 450°C. These furnaces are highly efficient due to their combustion systems. Our company also manufactures conventional mold heating furnaces with electric and natural gas heating.
