Prolyte Products, a subsidiary of the Dutch group Prolyte, which manufactures aluminium systems and structures for events commissioned a new production plant in Piatra Olt, Olt county in southern Romania.
{alcircleadd}Prolyte Group is a world leading manufacturer of hardware products and structural solutions for the entertainment industry including aluminium truss and scenes. It is one of the largest truss manufacturers in the world. Prolyte Products has used a RON 15.7 million (EUR 3.4 million) loan from Romanian state-owned bank EximBank for this project.
The new production plant was inaugurated last week. The project was commissioned one year after the group opened its first factory in Piatra Olt which had an investment of over RON 18 million (EUR 3.9 million). It was part of a project co-financed with EU funds, with the support of EximBank.

Prolyte Group has completed three production units in Romania after commissioning of this plant. The production units of Prolyte group in Olt county delivered aluminium scenes and structures for shows such as Eurovision, or concerts held by Andre Rieu and Robbie Williams in Bucharest.
