This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and machinery, enabling us to produce a wide range of extrusions. Key features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The plant is strategically located at Silvassa, near Mumbai port in the West of India<\/li>\n<li>The plant has three press-lines in 7, 8, 10-inch diameter and a total extrusion capacity of 34,000 tonnes<\/li>\n<li>It houses India&#8217;s first vertical powder coating line and an Anodizing line.<\/li>\n<li>The fully automated plant ensures efficient production and high-quality output.<\/li>\n<li>Hindalco has a technology partnership with Phoenix Middle East for die manufacturing at its Centralised Die Shop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KUPPAM Plant: An edge to global competitiveness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our recent acquisition of the state-of-the-art aluminium extrusion plant in South India has further strengthened our position in the global market. This acquisition brings an integrated facility located at Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, into the Hindalco fold. The Kuppam plant has an extrusion capacity of 15,000 tonnes and is integrated with advanced value-addition capabilities for surface finishing and fabrication. Key features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surface Treatment: Powder Coating &amp; PVDF painting, Acid Etching, Caustic Anodizing \u2013 Silver\/ BZ\/ Black, Brush Finish, Bright Nickel &amp; Silver Dip<\/li>\n<li>Fabrication: 4 axis &amp; 5axis VMCs, Profile machine centres, Press brakes and CNC bending, Mig Welding lines &amp; one TIG Welding Line, Robotic Welding, Thermal Break &amp; CMM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Billet Cast House: Commitment to quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company employs the state-of-the-art Wagstaff casting process, which incorporates AirSlip technology. Hindalco&#8217;s 4 casthouses are capable of producing billets in a variety of sizes, ranging from 5 inches to 13.5 inches, catering to diverse industry needs from 1xxx to 7xxx alloy. The total production capacity is 137,000 tonnes. The company&#8217;s casthouses are compliant with AS9100, ISO140001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hindalco Innovation Centre: Strengthening R&amp;D &amp; enhancing customer experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hindalco has established state-of-the-art facilities and partnerships to drive new product development and technology solutions.
