R Collard, the United Kingdom-based demolition and waste management company, is set to start a new metal recycling facility in Wokingham in the south of England. The company said this new recycling facility will help the company to expand its existing recycling capabilities.
{alcircleadd}The recycling facility will recycle ferrous and non-ferrous metals including all types of aluminium and copper through a metals shredder and a baler for compressing and materials reprocessing.
Robert Collard, founder and managing director, commented: “This is our first step into the world of metal recycling. It is a fantastic opportunity which complements the waste infrastructure and demolition requirements for the group”.

With the help of this facility, R Collard will recycle metal from its own in-house demolition projects, from the wastes tipped at its five Material Recycling Facilities (MRFs) and its skip hire customers.
The installation will complement company’s existing waste recycling operation. The metal waste in-house will aid the company with better operation.
