Alba wins Green World Award 2016 for Environmental Best Practice

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), the Bahrain-based international aluminium smelter, is the proud Gold Winner of the Green World Award 2016 for Environmental Best Practice, which endorses the Company’s long-standing commitment towards protecting the environment not only at the local level but also at the regional and international levels.


Alba won the Gold in the prestigious International Green Apple Awards 2015 for its project ‘Aluminium Smelter to Green Oasis’, which was then submitted for the Green World Award for 2016.
